Hummus and salsa: a great dipping combo!

Southwest Style Hummus

Party, picnic, patio — a perfect (and quick!) dip for any occasion.


  • 2 cups traditional hummus
  • 1 dash cumin
  • 1 dash chili powder
  • 4 tbsp La Mexicana hot, medium or mild salsa
  • Cilantro sprig, if desired


  • Combine hummus, seasonings and 3 tbsp of the salsa in bowl and gently mix
  • Top with remaining salsa and garnish with cilantro sprig
  • Enjoy with your favorite pita points or chips
